Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to any transaction arising or conducted following an introduction from this site. This web site exists for the purpose of introducing artists to prospective purchasers and vice versa. Ice House Designs Limited (the owner of SculpturePlace) is not and will not be a party to any transaction or contract that is subsequently agreed between an artist and a purchaser.

Image Descriptions and Photographs

Image descriptions and photographs are intended to be as accurate as possible. However, it is not possible fully to depict a sculpture by a description and a photograph alone. Furthermore, computer screens differ in the way they render colour so any image may vary depending on the screen used to view it. Ice House Designs Limited is not and will not be held responsible for any disparity between the descriptions and photographs used on this site and the works themselves. Prospective purchasers are strongly advised to view the work itself before making a commitment to buy.

Availability

The availability of works on this site is clearly marked on the pages showing the full-size images. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy the information should be regarded as indicative only and Ice House Designs Limited is not and will not be responsible for any inaccuracy that may be revealed.
 
Price

Since all the sculptures shown are the property of others and not owned by Ice House Designs Ltd, it is not possible to provide a price list. Some artists have complex arrangements with a Gallery or other representative, while in other cases funding from an outside source may have enabled a work to be realized. Furthermore, certain artists are VAT-registered while others are not. Therefore prices will be given on application, so please contact us to enquire. Unless specifically agreed otherwise, payment and delivery of a work is a matter to be agreed between the artist and the purchaser.

Security Guarantee

To comply with the Data Protection Act 1985 you should note that Ice House Designs Limited may record your name and details on its computer systems. These will not be passed to any third party unrelated to this site unless Ice House Designs Limited is required to do so by law.

All the sculptures shown on this site are the copyright of the artist concerned, and the specific images of them are the copyright of the photographer credited in each case. None may be used for any commercial purpose without the prior written permission of the individual concerned.
